Voice directed picking
Following a strategic business process review involving a number of warehouse management system vendors, Indigo WMS was selected by Greene King as the company’s preferred solution. As well as providing extensive warehouse management and traceability functionality, Indigo also offers voice directed picking, the ability to handle multiple warehouses and movement between sites, plus direct integration with Greene King’s existing ERP solution.
Greene King’s critical success factors will see key supply chain improvement objectives met including the reduction of wastage through better stock control, shelf life management and overall stock accuracy across the business.
