Cookies & Website Policy
We (Indigo Software Limited) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy, together with our Privacy Policy, will inform you as to how we collect your personal data when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from). It is important that you read this policy in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
Visitors to our website
When you visit www.indigo.co.uk we use a third party service, A1Webstats, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns, including pages visited and for what duration. This information does not identify individuals, rather the company name from the IP address.
On-line forms
When you complete an on-line form, we will collect personal information, which is necessary to provide you with the service to which the form relates. For example, if you submit our contact form, we will collect your name, email address, and the content of your message for future use and contact purposes.
Where we ask for more information to help us improve our services, over and above the basic required information, your response is voluntary and you are free not to provide us with more information if you would prefer not to do so.
Live Chat
We use a third party provider, Live Chat Inc, to supply and support our LiveChat service, which we use to handle customer enquiries in real time. If you use the LiveChat service we will collect your name, email address (optional) and the contents of your LiveChat session. You can request a transcript of your LiveChat session if you provide your email address at the start of your session or when prompted at the end.
E-newsletter
We use a third party provider, Vertical Response, to send our e-newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.
