Telesales Executive

In line with Indigo Software’s expansion programme, we have an opening for an experienced Telesales Executive to support our Sales and Marketing team.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager the role will involve generating new leads, nurturing existing prospects and assisting with marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing all inbound enquiries via the website, live chat, phone, and email.
• Nurturing existing prospects, maintaining rapport, and moving them along the sales cycle.
• Calling prospects following marketing campaigns to establish their interest.
• Following up with new targets, quickly building relationships and qualifying them in / out.
• Qualifying leads and building relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Management of all calls, own call schedule and campaigns using Salesforce CRM.
• Supporting and liaising with the Sales team to brief in qualified leads.
• Researching targeted new business opportunities to expand and strengthen the prospect pipeline.
• Assisting with direct marketing campaigns.
• Supporting exhibitions, conferences, and seminars.
• Ad hoc marketing duties to support the company’s growth plans.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a can-do attitude and have the ability to build relationships quickly. Excellent communication and organisational skills, a high degree of resilience and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
